What is the cost of using
Media Recruiters?


We are a contingency search firm. That means that a fee is paid only when the client hires a candidate presented by Media Recruiters. (There is a slight charge for any advertising placed, background checks and personality profiling.)


Our fee is 20% of the candidate’s total income for the first year of employment.

Candidate testing procedures:

Media Recruiter’s quick, easy and inexpensive employee selection and management tools can help you hire better, more motivated employees and give you the information you need to manage each employee for peak performance. It’s simple. We handle it all. Each candidate is asked to fill out a quick (about 15 minutes) questionnaire. Within 24 hours you’ll get a clear, concise one-page report.

Background checks:

If desired, Media Recruiters can check the candidate’s history including criminal records, worker’s compensation, motor vehicle records, credit history and education claims.

Note: There are nominal fees for candidate testing and background checking. We’ll be happy to outline the cost at your request.
